Happy 2013!

This year is the year of the snake, and as I am a snake in the Chinese horoscope, I consider this to be my year. This year will certainly start off great, with a trip to Japan just a handful of days away!

Although 2012 was pretty brilliant too, what with finally opening up shop and having Rag Pets fly off to new homes all over the world! I learned lots too; taking what has become an almost annual teddy bear making course, documenting my Rag Pet making process, and both studying and teaching at the tearoom. We had a lovely holiday in Tallinn in the summer, and there were a whole bunch of great parties and celebrations through out the year. All in all, 2012 was great, but I think 2013 will be even more so.

I rang in the new year at the tearoom; we held an end of the year tea service yesterday evening onto midnight and the end of the year. Today, I've filled in my new calendar and made a new Creativity Chart and both make me really excited for the year to come. There's so much brand new time just waiting to be lived!
